Tube
Fabrication

We specialize in precision tube fabrication with advanced techniques for superior quality. We use floating plug and sink draw methods for smooth bore, tight-tolerance tubing, with batch and inline heat treatment in vacuum or inert gas for oxide-free surfaces. Our process includes straightening with inline eddy current testing, shaped tubing, and in-house tool fabrication for maximum accuracy. We ensure burr-free finishes with EDM and ECM cutting, followed by ultrasonic cleaning and passivation for enhanced durability.

At Accumetrics, we ensure precise measurements through advanced metrology techniques. Our outer diameter (OD) measurements achieve an exceptional accuracy of ±0.0001 inches (±2 µm), utilizing an optical micrometer that captures over 200 circumferential readings.
